A foundations question, not a turbine question
Repowering is decided by what was poured twenty years ago. Seven of the nine positions reused their existing bases and access tracks, which is where the eleven months and roughly a fifth of the capital came from.
The two that did not
Late assessment found reinforcement corrosion in two foundations. Replacing them pushed the programme through a winter and we reported the delay before anyone asked.
